Chamomile and Lavender Latte

This warm, calming latte is infused with chamomile and lavender to help you relax.
Vegetarian, Gluten free
- 1 tbsp Chamomile buds or two chamomile tea bags, dried
- 2 heaping tsp Lavender buds, dried
- 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup, raw
- 16 oz Milk, regular or non-dairy
