Current Vacancies:
We're looking for empathetic problem solvers with a proactive attitude to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive. As a part time, freelance member of our CS team you’ll be working closely with our team as the first point of contact in offering best in class service to our customers across multiple channels.
The role is diverse and no two days will be the same - from ensuring our orders are delivered to our customers on time to troubleshooting queries, returns and exchanges - you’ll be a hub of knowledge for all things Lavender Hill! You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Lavender Hill team to meet our customers’ needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Independently working across phones, email and live chat to resolve customer issues and place orders on our system
- Embody the Lavender Hill values and tone of voice in every interaction
- Creatively problem solve, going above and beyond to create customer excitement and loyalty
- Champion the voice of our customers and liaise between the team to find solutions to customer queries
- Generate insight for potential improvements to our product and processes We’re open 7 days a week so some weekend work will be required
Successful candidates will be required to complete a case study and a phone interview.
Requirements:
The person:
- Demonstrable experience in customer service (B2B, B2C or both) •
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills •
- Effective communicator who can flex their approach to diffuse escalated situations and positively influence our customer’s experience •
- You are solution oriented, know how to read people, and can think creatively to achieve win-win outcomes
- You are comfortable with technology and learning new software relevant to your role

We're looking for proactive and motivated individual to join our team to be in charge of our events. You’ll be working closely with our management team to organise and manage all consumer events across the UK.
The role is diverse and no two events will be the same - from ensuring all stock is ready for the event to helping our customers discover the right items for them - you’ll be a hub of knowledge for all things Lavender Hill and maybe quite good with a power drill too! You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Lavender Hill team to make each event unique.
What you'll be doing:
- Independently working to create bespoke events that embody the Lavender Hill brand
- Be an advocate for the Lavender Hill values and tone of voice in every interaction - from building out pop up shop to liaising with customers
- Creatively merchandise our products in different scenarios
- Champion the brand and portray why customers should be wearing Lavender Hill products.
- Generate insight for potential improvements to our product and processes
- Help organise stock and props for each event
- Manage time sheets, team coaching & feedback
- Events can run for 7 days a week so some weekend work will be required and will be located across the UK
Successful candidates will be required to complete a case study on running and managing an event.

Role Overview:
Lavender Hill is growing fast and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to curate, manage and execute our brand content.
Key Focus for role (KPI)
Manage and develop the Lavender Hill’s Social & Content strategy
- Manage and develop relevant content for our CRM channel and marketing copy such as subject lines, product sells and CTAs.
- Produce editorial features that support commercial objectives, are imaginative and inspiring and reflect our customers interests, needs and emerging trends
- Articulate the brands tone of voice online and generate engaging digital content (create and design high-quality, engaging creative assets - primarily for social media and our website)
- Schedule and post social media content that aligns with Lavender Hill’s brand purpose and values
- Day-to-day community management to help grow our database/following
- Maintain and update content calendars
- Work collaboratively with PR to help create a singular message
- Report of social performance (KPIs) analytics weekly and react to results continually
- Monitor trends in the industry, as well as Art, Design, Culture & Interiors and bring ideas to the table that can help us grow our content offering

- Strong creative copywriting and communication skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
- Digital asset production including graphic design and video editing when necessary
- Ability to contribute to the creative process from developing ideas to producing content
- Highly organised, proactive and meticulous with detail
- Able to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid time management

- Have own laptop and access to the internet

Location & Process
- This role will be mostly virtual/home working – 2/3 days a month. There may be some travel required to South West London on key project delivery dates subject to easing of Covid-19 restrictions.
