To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address/phone number in the fields above and click Start (please note that if you ordered using your mobile number you might need to add +44).
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will recieve a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your shipment if you would like to return an item.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
In the interest of hygiene we are unable to accept a return of any face mask unless faulty.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are free if you return part of your order but if you place an order with free delivery and then return the full order, we will deduct the price of delivery from the refund.
- Please note that if you return a sale item using our returns address included in the parcel we will deduct £3.95 from your refund to cover the postage.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
