Blueberry, Lavender & Honeycomb Milkshake

Lavender and Blueberry Milkshake
Serves 2

– 2 cups yogurt (greek works great, but you can also use any dairy-free options)
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 1 cup coconut milk
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lavender buds
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
– 1 pack of honeycomb (available at most health food stores)

1. First, place the yogurt in a metal bowl and place it in the freezer for at least 30 min (while you shower!) OR you can leave it overnight and take it out of the freezer 10 minutes prior to using it.
2. In a blender, place all the other ingredients and blend in high speed until the mix is completely smooth. Adjust flavourings if needed (e.g. add more lavender or a touch of honey)
3. In a glass, scoop 1 cup of frozen yogurt, add 1 cup of blueberry lavender mix and swirl. Top with a few nice chunks of honeycomb. And that’s it!
BOOSTERS: You can add any boosters/toppings of your choice to make this milkshake extra special. A few faves that won’t change the taste:
– Hemp seeds
– Bee polen
– Cashews
– Chia seeds
– Puffed quinoa
– Hemp protein powder
